My name is Jonathan Le. I am a licensed master's level mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapist and I believe that a non-judgmental and empathetic relationship is the utmost importance of meeting the goals of the client. I believe that counseling is a safe space where it is okay to be authentic and it is okay to be vulnerable too. With therapy we can work on ways to empower, on ways to cope with negative moods and negative behaviors, change faulty thinking and to change lifelong beliefs about one's self. Regardless of situation and behaviors, I believe we can work on ways for you to get back to wellness. My approach is to work on ways to change your thoughts, ways to be mindful of triggers, stimuli or outside factors that contribute to negative thinking and negative behaviors .
